Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data is processed when you visit celaris.online, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679). In short: we collect as little as technically possible and use no cookies, analytics or advertising tracking.

We have not appointed a data protection officer, as we are not legally required to.
2. What we do not do
- We set no cookies — neither our own nor third-party ones.
- We use no analytics, no advertising or remarketing pixels, no social media plugins and no fingerprinting.
- Our pages store nothing in your browser: no localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB.
- Our pages load nothing from third-party servers: fonts, styles, scripts and images are all served from celaris.online.
- There are no contact forms, comment fields, accounts or newsletters.
3. Server log files
When your browser requests a page, our web server automatically records technical information in a log file: your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page or file requested, the HTTP status code, the amount of data transferred, the referring page (if your browser sends it) and your browser’s user-agent string. Requests for images, stylesheets and scripts are not logged.
- Purpose: delivering the website, keeping it secure, and diagnosing errors and abuse.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Retention: log files are rotated daily and deleted automatically after about 14 days, unless a specific log is needed to investigate a security incident.
- We do not use the logs to build profiles, and we do not combine them with other data.
4. When you email us
If you write to us, we process your email address, name (if given) and the content of your message to reply to you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), or steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep correspondence only as long as needed to deal with your request and any follow-up, and then delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
5. Partner links
Links marked “Partner link” first go to a short redirect page on our site (/c/1/) and then to our affiliate partner’s tracking address (currently hosted at price-low.eu), which forwards you to the advertiser. If the address you used to reach our site contained campaign parameters (utm_…, gclid, campaignid or ml_sub1–ml_sub5), a small script on our pages copies them into the partner link so the partner can credit the visit correctly. The script runs in your browser and stores nothing; we do not record those parameters anywhere.
Once you leave celaris.online, the affiliate network and the advertiser process data under their own privacy and cookie policies and may set cookies on their own websites. Please read their policies there. We receive only aggregated commission reports that do not identify you.
Our pages instruct your browser to send only our domain name, not the full page address, when you follow a link to another website (referrer policy strict-origin-when-cross-origin).
6. Recipients and transfers
Our website is operated on servers provided by a hosting provider, which processes the log data described above on our behalf as a processor under a data processing agreement. We do not sell personal data or share it with advertisers. We do not ourselves transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest (Articles 15–21 GDPR). Email info@celaris.online to exercise these rights. Because we keep logs only briefly and cannot usually link them to a person, we may ask for details (such as the time of your visit and your IP address) to find the relevant data.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the EU country where you live or work. In the Czech Republic, this is the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, uoou.gov.cz.
8. Automated decisions
We do not make automated decisions or carry out profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
9. Children
This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly process children’s data beyond the technical server logs described above.
10. Changes
We will update this policy if our processing changes and show the new effective date above.
